2. False Claims:

• Users are prohibited from falsely claiming ownership or authorship of any assets included in the Product. Credit should be given to the Creator when using or showcasing this Product.

3. Commissions:

• If you plan to use this Product in a commission, both you and the commissioning party must own a legitimate copy of the Product, and they must abide by these Terms of Service.

4. Refunds:

• All sales of the Product are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available. Please make sure to evaluate the Product and its compatibility with your needs before purchasing.

• This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jackson Cnty, NC, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jackson Cnty, NC.
